WEXO.PRO will automatically register all products installed at customer locations. This ensures accurate records of the equipment covered under warranty, eliminating any need for additional registration steps by the customer.

3. Defective Product Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period, WEXO.PRO will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost. This policy does not cover defects resulting from misuse, improper handling, or installation by anyone other than WEXO.PRO’s authorized technicians.

Customers who subscribe to any of WEXO.PRO’s service packages will enjoy extended replacement coverage. As long as the customer remains subscribed, any defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge, even after the standard warranty period has expired.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using their security systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. This includes maintaining proper environmental conditions for the equipment, such as avoiding excessive moisture or extreme temperatures. Failure to follow these guidelines, including unauthorized modifications or repairs, will void the warranty.

5. Limitations of Liability

WEXO.PRO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or property. This limitation applies even if the malfunction or failure of the system occurs during the warranty period.

6. Service Response Time

WEXO.PRO will respond to warranty claims within 1-2 business days and will schedule a service visit within 3-5 business days from the time of claim acknowledgment.

Customers are encouraged to report any signs of malfunction or issues with their equipment as early as possible. This ensures problems are addressed before they lead to more significant issues or interruptions in service.
