Users are prohibited from using WEXO.PRO's services for any unlawful activities, unauthorized commercial use, or resale of services. Any attempts to tamper with or modify the security systems without permission, or using the system for illegal purposes, will result in immediate termination of services. Users are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws while using WEXO.PRO's products and services.

4. Payment Terms and Billing

WEXO.PRO offers multiple payment options for your convenience:

  • - Online Payments: Pay securely through our online platform.

  • - Auto-Pay: Set up automatic payments to ensure timely billing and avoid any late fees.

  • - One-Time Payments: Make one-time payments for service-related fees.

  • - Credit Partners: For equipment purchases, you can choose to finance through our credit partners, such as Affirm, Fortiva, and others, with flexible 'pay-as-you-go' options.

Subscription services are billed on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility to cancel at any time with at least one month’s notice before the next billing cycle. All services will automatically renew unless canceled as per these terms.

5. Refund Policy and Cancellations

WEXO.PRO offers a 30-Day Refund Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service or equipment, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days after installation.

  • - If customers have financed equipment, they must return it within 30 days or pay the remaining balance to avoid additional charges.

  • - WEXO.PRO will cover return shipping fees.

  • - Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned equipment or service cancellation.

6. Dispute Resolution

At WEXO.PRO, we prioritize resolving disputes quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve the issue informally, any dispute arising from your contract or services will be resolved through binding arbitration, and both parties agree to waive the right to a court trial.

  • - Arbitration Location: Arbitration will be conducted in the federal judicial district where the customer resides.

  • - Arbitration Fees: WEXO.PRO will reimburse filing and administrative fees if the customer prevails, but each party will bear its own legal costs.

  • - Arbitration Providers: Disputes will be handled through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

7. Service Availability and Interruptions

WEXO.PRO strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we cannot guarantee that services will always be available or free from interruptions. WEXO.PRO is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors such as power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party network failures. In cases of prolonged outages caused by WEXO.PRO:

  • - Outage Definition: An outage is defined as any monitoring service interruption, system failure, or app connectivity issue lasting more than 24 hours.

  • - Backup Battery Solutions: WEXO.PRO will offer backup battery solutions for power outages lasting more than 48 hours to ensure the system remains functional.

8. Limitation of Liability

WEXO.PRO’s liability for any service-related issue is limited to the greater of 10% of the total service fees paid in the preceding 12 months or $500. WEXO.PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or property, even if the malfunction occurs during the warranty period. WEXO.PRO is also not responsible for monitoring failures due to third-party network issues.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the proper use and maintenance of your security system. Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines or improper use may result in the voiding of any warranties provided by WEXO.PRO.

10. Privacy and Data Use

WEXO.PRO collects and uses personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as outlined in that policy. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Modification of Terms

WEXO.PRO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated either through email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEXO.PRO, its officers, employees, agents, and third-party providers from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from misuse of the services, violation of laws, or inaccuracies in user-provided information. For example, if you misuse the equipment and it causes damage or injury, you will be responsible for covering any costs incurred.

13. Force Majeure

WEXO.PRO shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government regulations, pandemics, labor strikes, power outages, or interruptions in communication networks.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

WEXO.PRO’s systems are designed to reduce risks, but no guarantee is made regarding the prevention of incidents such as burglary, fire, or other emergencies. The limited warranty covers the equipment provided, but WEXO.PRO disclaims any other guarantees or warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of WEXO.PRO’s services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
